摘要
目的通过对广东省部分民政工作人员的问卷调查,探讨工作倦怠与其身心健康的关系。方法采用工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广东省某些地区民政部门工作人员200人进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷187份。部分民政工作人员存在个人成就感降低的现象,SCL-90得分高于全国常模(P<0.05)。民政工作人员在工作倦怠中的情感耗竭和人格解体得分与身心健康损害存在相关(P<0.01)。结论民政工作人员工作倦怠与身心健康存在密切关系,应采取相应措施促进民政工作人员提高工作的认同度、工作效率和身心健康水平。
[ Objective] By using the questionnaire survey in some personnel engaged in civil administration in Guangdong~ to ex- plore the relationship between job burnout and their physical, mental health status. [ Methods] With the Maslach burnout inventory- general survey ( MBI-GS } and the Symptom cheek list-90 ( SCL-90 } , the questionnaire survey was conducted in 200 personnel en- gaged in civil administration in some areas of Guangdong. [ Results] A total of 187 finished questionnaires were collected. The phe- nomenon of decreasing personal accomplishment was found in some civil administration personnel, and the scores of SCL-90 were higher than the national norm [ P 〈 0.05 ). The scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in job burnout were correlated with the damage of physical and mental health in personnel engaged in civil administration (P 〈 O. 01 ). [ Conclusion] The job burnout has close relationship with physical and mental health among personnel engaged in civil administration. It is necessary to carry out the relevant measures to improve their professional identity, work effieiency, as well as the level of physical and mental health.
