摘要
目的探讨医生的工作倦怠与自尊和社会支持之间的关系。方法在2010年4—6月分层抽取21所医疗机构的420名医生进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷412份,采用社会支持量表、自尊量表及工作倦怠量表进行调查。结果医生的工作倦怠与社会支持呈负相关(P<0.01),医生的自尊总分与社会支持呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论支持和鼓励不但可以直接预防和降低医生工作倦怠这一负性心理现象,而且可以提高他们的自尊水平,进而间接预防和降低工作倦怠。
Objective To explore the correlation of job burnout of doctors with the self-esteem and social support.Methods Totally 420 doctors were surveyed with questionnaire from 21 medical institutions from April to June 2010 and 412 eligible questionnaires were collected.The social support scale,self-esteem inventory and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used in the study.Results Doctor′s job burnout was negatively correlated with social support (P0.01),and the doctor′s self-esteem was positively correlated with social support score (P0.05).Conclusion Support and encouragement not only can prevent and reduce the negative psychological burnout phenomenon,but also improve their self-esteem level,and thus indirectly prevent and reduce job burnout among doctors.
