摘要
目前我国政府的公共危机信息传播机制中“官本位”的色彩还比较浓,对公众的危机认知心理的重视和把握还比较薄弱。作为公共危机信息传播的管理者,政府应该了解我国公众特有的危机认知方式,同时还要理解他们在现代的社会环境中的危机认知心理,这是保证公共危机信息传播能取得较好效果的前提条件。
The Official Has the Final Say" still exists in the public-crisis information diffusion mechanism in the Chinese government which does not know much about the people's cognitive psychology about crises and neither does it attach great importance to it. As the manager of the public - crisis information diffusion, the government should understand the common people's special cognitive way and psychology in the modern society, which are the precondition for effective public-crisis information diffusion.
