摘要
目的研究雇佣身份对高校辅导员工作满意和离职倾向的影响。方法采用自编的辅导员满意度问卷和离职倾向问卷对371名高校辅导员进行问卷调查。结果在编辅导员的工作满意度显著高于聘用制辅导员(t=2.52,P<0.05);在编辅导员的离职倾向显著低于聘用制辅导员(t=-2.69,P<0.01);工作满意度与离职倾向具有显著的负相关(r=-0.488,P<0.01),雇佣身份在两者的关系之中起调节作用。结论雇佣身份对高校辅导员的工作满意度和离职倾向具有显著影响,并在工作满意和离职倾向的关系中起调节作用。
Objective To explore the effect of employment status on job satisfaction and turnover intention in college instructor Methods A total of 371 college instructor were tested by the Job Satisfaction questionnaire and Turnover Intention questionnaire. Re- suits The permanent employee were higher than the non-permanent employee on job satisfaction ( t = 2. 52, P 〈 0.05 ) and lower than non-permanent employee on the turnover intention( t = -2. 69, P 〈 0.01 ) ; Job satisfaction was negatively related to turnover intention ( r = -0. 488, P 〈 0. 01 ) and the relationship was mediated by employment status. Conclusion Employment status has an significant influ- ence on job satisfaction and turnover intention, and it mediates the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.
