摘要
基于案例的情景模拟考核法在医学类课程中已经得到应用,但在管理类课程的考核中还有待探索。基于案例的情景模拟考核法包括无领导小组讨论、角色扮演和模拟听证会等具体方法。运用这些考核方法需要教师设定一定的案例情景,让学生根据案例进行讨论和模拟,根据学生的综合表现进行评分。
Case - based Scenario Simulation Assessment Method (CSSAM) has been applied in medical curricula, but it re- mains to be explored in the assessment of managerial curricula. CSSAM includes leaderless group discussion, role play and simulation of the heating. Application of these assessment methods requires certain case scenario set by teachers, case - based student discussion and simulation, and scoring on students' comprehensive performance.
