摘要
良好的职业素养是大学生竞争力形成、成功入职的关键。网络时代大学生职业素养的培养面临着一系列问题,与高等教育宗旨相背离。正确认识高等教育的最终价值,营造育人环境,配置职业素养良好的师资队伍,合理设置课程,改革对学生的考评方式,建构大学生向职业人转换的平台,以网络立法净化网络环境,用网络资源培养大学生的信息素养是可行的。
Good professional qualities play a key role in college students＇ competence, successful career entry and their future career development. In the network era, the cultivation of professional qualities faces a series of obstacles which go against the purpose of higher education. It is available to cultivate college students＇ professional qualities by means of realizing the ultimate value of higher education, creating full educational environment, establishing good faculties, setting curriculum reasonably, reforming evaluation methods, constructing a platform for helping college students convert to professional people, and resorting to legislation to purify the Internet environment so as to cultivate college students＇ information qualities by using network resources.
