摘要
回顾了西方商业伦理教育的缘起和发展历程,从商业伦理教育目标、课程教学方式和教学评价体系三个方面论述了商业伦理教育的内容体系,探讨了商业伦理教育对学生伦理取向的影响,提出西方商业伦理教育对中国的启示。本文发现西方商业伦理的迅速发展乃是源自于深刻的社会现实需要,西方学者结合自己的文化传统在商业伦理研究、教学等方面均取得了丰硕的成果。中国当前的经济和社会现实与几十年前的西方有近似之处,我们可以借鉴西方的经验,扎根中国的文化传统,推动商业伦理教育在中国的发展。
With the review of recent literature concerning business ethics, this paper illustrates the history and ana- lyzes the current situation of business ethics education both in China and Western countries in order to discover the meaning and importance of business ethics education. The strategy of enhancing business ethics education and rele- vant research are discussed in this paper. This paper has found that the rapid development of western business eth- ics was originated in the profound social reality needs. Western scholars had made great achievements on business ethics in research and teaching combined with their own culture. China~ current economic and social reality was similar to western several decades ago. We can use the reference of the experience of the western root in the tradi- tional Chinese culture, and promote the business ethics education development in China.
