大学生就业竞争力的培育——基于江西省A学院的调查 被引量:6

摘要 随着我国高等教育制度和大学生就业分配制度改革的深入,大学生就业竞争日益激烈。培育大学生就业竞争力,是确保大学生顺利就业和实现高质量就业的关键。江西A学院大学生就业竞争力的问卷调查表明,学校的学科设置、理论教学与实践教学安排、教育理念和教育理论的创新等因素直接影响到他们就业竞争力。他们的就业技能培训需求强烈,希望接受长时间就业技能培训提升他们的就业竞争力。为此,高校必须深化教育教学改革,完善师资结构、优化课程设置、改革教学方法和考核方式等,夯实培养大学生就业竞争力的基础;必须强化实践教学,推进大学生实践教学的制度化建设,打造高校、政府、社会多元一体化的人才培养模式;必须制订、实施系统的职业生涯规划方案,深化对大学生职业生涯规划的必要性和重要性的认识;必须构建常态化的就业全程指导模式;必须全力营造有利于增强大学生就业竞争力主动性的氛围,全程提供激发大学生就业竞争力主动性的指导服务与训练环境,激发大学生就业竞争力的主动性,培育他们的主动竞争意识与竞争能力。 The undergraduates′ employment competitiveness is increasingly become fierce with the deepening reform of higher education system and the undergraduates′ employment distribution in China.To cultivate the undergraduates′ employment competitiveness is the key point to guarantee the undergraduates′ employment.The survey of "A" college in Jiangxi Province reveals what has affected their employment competitiveness is the university curriculum,the arrangements of theoretical and practical teaching,innovation in educational philosophy and theories and so on.The undergraduates have strong demand for employment skill training.They hope to undertake a long period of employment skills training to improve their employment competitiveness.Therefore,the university should deepen educational reform through improving the staff structure,optimizing the curriculum,reforming teaching and evaluating methods so as to consolidate the foundation of their employment competitiveness.Secondly,the university must strengthen and institutionalize practical teaching by integrating university,government,and society into a three-in-one cooperative cultivating model to improve their employment competitiveness.Third,the university should develop a systematic career planning programs and implementing it.Fourthly,a normalized mode of whole-process employment guidance must be established.Last but not the least important,it is crucial to spare no effort to provide them with four-year-period guidance and training to stimulate the graduates′ initiative of their employment competitiveness,helping them to improve their competitiveness.
