摘要
目的观察舌下含服多价昆虫抗原特异免疫治疗多价昆虫皮试阳性的丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法将入选多价昆虫皮试阳性的86例患者随机分为两组,各43例。治疗组予舌下含服多价昆虫抗原,对照组予西替利嗪滴剂口服及地奈德乳膏外搽治疗。结果治疗组失访4例,有效病例39例,对照组失访2例,有效病例41例。治疗组痊愈率89.74%,对照组痊愈率87.80%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访12个月时,治疗组复发率11.11%,对照组为56.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舌下含服多价昆虫抗原治疗丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效与传统方法治疗相当,且复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得临床选用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect, safety and recu,＇rence of treating popular urticaria by sublingual muhivalence insect allergens. Methods The 86 cases were divided randomly into two groups, each group had 43 cases. Excepted withdraw 4 cases,the 39 cases in the treatment group were given medicine with sub- lingualed multivalence insect allergens. Excepted withdraw 2 cases, the 41 cases in the control group were given medicine with cetirizine hydrochloride drops and external desonide cream, the two groups had been treated for 3 months. The results of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate of the treat- ment group was 89. 74%, and the control group was 87.80%. No significant statistic value was demonstra- ted by comparing the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. About 12 months later, the recurrence rate of the treament group was 11.11% , while the control group was 56.41%. There was significant statistic value demonstrated by comparing the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion It is one of the treatments to popular urticaria by taking sublingual multivalence insect allergens.
