摘要
目的探讨新型查表法对慢性荨麻疹患者饮食管理效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的108例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者行常规饮食护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上加行新型查表发干预,比较干预后两组患者饮食管理效果及慢性荨麻疹治疗情况。结果观察组患者自我管理总优良率占88.89%,对照组患者自我管理总优良率占75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.59%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型查表法能够提升慢性荨麻疹患者饮食治疗相关知识的知晓率,提高患者饮食自我管理能力,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the new look-up table on diet management in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods One hundred and eight patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine diet nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were added a new type of look-up intervention on the basis of the treatment again.The effect of diet management and the treatment of chronic urticaria in the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The total excellent rate of self management in the observation group was 88.89%,the total excellent rate of self management in the control group was 75.93%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%,the total effective rate of the control group was 79.63%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new lookup table method can improve the awareness rate of dietary related knowledge of patients with chronic urticaria and improve the ability of self management of diet.It is worthy of clinical application.
