摘要
目的探讨增抗宁胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月于医院就诊且符合标准的121例患者纳入本研究,因随访的不确定性,最终入选116例。将116例患者随机分为对照组(58例)与治疗组(58例),对照组予盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg/次,1次/d,口服,治疗组在此基础上予增抗宁胶囊3粒/次,4次/d,口服,两组均进行4周的治疗。观察两组UAS评分、DLQI评分、IL-4与IFN-γ水平及疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在治疗后UAS、DLQI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组在治疗后2周、4周UAS、DLQI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组在治疗后血清IL-4水平低于治疗前,IFN-γ水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后IL-4水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组出现不良反应4例(恶心、嗜睡、腹胀、便溏、头晕),治疗组出现不良反应1例(恶心、嗜睡)。结论增抗宁胶囊联合盐酸左西替利嗪较单纯西药治疗可更好地控制患者慢性自发性荨麻疹的症状,减少发病次数,增强了机体免疫力,提高了生活质量,远期疗效可观,值得临床深入研究。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zengkangning Capsule combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,121 patients who met the standard were selected for this study.A total of 116 patients were finally selected because of the uncertainty of follow-up and these patients were randomly divided into the control group(58 cases)and the treatment group(58 cases).The control group was given levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets 5 mg once a day,and the treatment group was given Zengkangning Capsule 1.32 g four times a day.Both groups were treated for four weeks.UAS score,DLQI score,levels of IL-4 and IFN-γwere observed.Results The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The UAS and DLQI scores of both groups were higher after treatment(P<0.05),and the UAS and DLQI scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the IFN-γlevel was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the IL-4 level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the IFN-γlevel was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,4 cases had adverse reactions(nausea,sleepiness,abdominal distension,loose stool,dizziness),and in the treatment group,1 case had adverse reactions(nausea,sleepiness).Conclusion Zengkangning Capsule combined with levotirizine hydrochloride can better control the symptoms of patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria,reduce the frequency of onset,enhance the body immunity and improve the quality of life.The long-term efficacy is considerable,worthy of clinical in-depth study.
