摘要
文章介绍陈明岭教授运用经方从“寒热错杂”辨治难治性皮肤病。难治性皮肤病常因多种慢性复发性皮肤病经失治误治后,迁延难愈,反复发作而成,如银屑病、玫瑰痤疮、慢性荨麻疹等。临证时,陈教授认为其病因病机为多脏腑气血阴阳失调,寒热错杂并见,法崇仲景,运用经方,具体辨治如:寒热中阻证,治以寒热平调、辛开苦降,以甘草泻心汤加减;上热下寒证,治以清上温下、调畅气机,以柴胡桂枝干姜汤加减;表寒里热证,治以宣表清郁,调和营卫,以桂枝汤合升降散加减。并附验案3则。
This paper introduces Professor CHEN Mingling’s use of classical prescriptions to treat refractory skin diseases from“Cold-heat Complex”.Refractory skin diseases are often caused by a variety of chronic recurrent skin diseases,which are difficult to heal and occur repeatedly after losing treatment and mistreatment,such as psoriasis,rose acne,chronic urticaria,etc.Professor CHEN believes that the etiology and pathogenesis are multiple viscera,imbalance of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,mixed cold and heat,worshiping Zhongjing and using classic prescriptions.Specific diagnosis and treatment are as follows:the syndrome of obstruction in cold and heat is treated with the flat adjustment of cold and heat,the opening of bitterness and the reduction of bitterness,and the addition and subtraction of Gancao Xiexin Decoction.The syndrome of upper heat and lower cold is treated by clearing the upper and lower temperature,regulating the Qi mechanism,and adding and subtracting Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction.The syndrome of exterior cold and interior heat is treated by Xuanbiao Qingyu,harmonizing Ying and Wei,and adding and subtracting Guizhi Decoction and Shengjiang Powder.Three cases are attached.
