摘要
XRCC4是一种DNA断裂修复蛋白,在肿瘤发生发展中多个环节起到重要作用.本文就XRCC4修复断裂DNA的分子机制,有关肿瘤发生发展的学说,以及XRCC4单核苷酸多态性与各类肿瘤的关系作一综述.
DNA double-strand breaks（DSBs） repair protein XRCC4,plays an important role in the genesis and development of tumor,there are many different aspects in the tumor genesis and development.This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of XRCC4 in repairing DSBs,several theories of tumor genesis and development,and the relationship between XRCC4 gene＇s single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNPs） and tumor.
