摘要
紧密连接蛋白的异常表达与许多胃肠道疾病的发生、发展特别是肿瘤的发生、浸润和转移密切相关。研究紧密连接蛋白的表达对胃肠道肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断有重要意义。本文就胃肠道疾病与紧密连接蛋白的关系研究进展作一综述。
Closely connected to the abnormal expression of the tight junction proteins with the occurrence and development of many gastrointestinal diseases, especially, infiltration and metastasis of tumor. Investigating the expres- sion of the tight junction proteins has great significance for the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of the gastrointestinal neoplasms. In this paper, the research advances in relationship between gastrointestinal diseases and tight junction pro- teins is reviewed.
