摘要
为了全面提高当代90后大学生的综合素质,使其个性特点以及个人能力适应社会的需要,武汉科技大学管理学院通过实施学生干部轮换制模式,更好地强化了青年大学生的责任意识和集体观念等方面素质。研究以武汉科技大学为样本,通过对部分学生的问卷调查,分析在轮换制度的实践中学生教育所取得的主要成果及学生对轮换制度的看法,并客观提出轮换制的优劣势。研究结果认为,学生干部轮换制能够有效提升学生队合作能力、全局思考能力等各方面的能力,并符合社会发展对人才的需求标准。
In order to improve the comprehensive quality of modem post-90s college students, help their own per- sonalities and personal abilities meet the need of society, the School of Management in Wuhan University of Science and Technology carried out a Student Leader Rotation System, with which the sense of responsibility and union can be reinforced. This paper takes Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an example ,through questionnaires from some students, trying to analyze the achievements in teaching students under the instruction of rotation system, and students' views towards this system also the advantages and disadvantages during the practice of it. From the research results, it can be apparently drawn the conclusion that, Student Leaders Rotation System can promote students' abilities in many aspects, for instance, tea- mwork, thinking overall situation, also coincide with the standards what the social development demand.
