摘要
大学生自主管理的实施,对于提升高校学生管理工作,实现大学生社会化转型具有重要意义。为了实现全体学生的自主管理,各高校管理者转变教育管理理念,不断探索大学生自主管理的途径。学生干部作为学生群体中的基层管理者和"标杆",其综合素质水平决定班级整体素质水平。如何能为学生干部提供更多的锻炼平台,以使其为班级自主管理提供更多的服务,提高全体学生的综合素质,是高校学生管理需要探究的问题。
The implementation of College Students' self-management, has an important significance to improve the management of college students and realize the social transformation of College students. In order to realize the self-management, universities managers change the concept of education management and explore the approach of self-management. As the basic management and "benchmarking", the comprehensive quality level of student cadres determines the overall quality level of class.
