摘要
研究棉/大豆蛋白复合纤维50/50混纺织物基本服用性能。测试了棉/大豆蛋白复合纤维50/50混纺针织物顶破强力、透气性、刚柔性、透湿性、悬垂性和耐磨性,并与纯棉针织物进行了对比。测试结果表明:棉大豆蛋白复合纤维混纺织物悬垂性、柔软度、透气性及抗顶破性均好于纯棉织物,但透湿性、耐磨性差于纯棉织物。认为大豆蛋白复合纤维织物适用于开发内衣、T恤、高档女装和高档家纺用面料。
Basic wearing characteristics of cotton/soybean protein composite fiber 50/50 blended fabric were re- searched. Bursting strength, air permeability, rigid and flexible, moisture permeability, drapability and wear resistance of the blended knitting fabric were tested and contrasted with pure cotton knitting fabric. The test result shows that drap- ability, softness, air permeability and anti-bursting strength of the blended fabric are better than that of pure cotton fabric, while rigid and flexible and moisture permeability of the blended fabric are worse than that of pure cotton fabric. It is considered that soybean protein composite fiber fabric is suitable to develop underwear, T-shirt, high grade women's dress and home textiles fabric.
