大豆蛋白复合纤维与棉混纺织物的服用性能 被引量:2

摘要 以28.2 tex纯大豆蛋白复合纤维纱线、大豆蛋白复合纤维与棉混纺纱线(混纺比分别为50:50,25:75)为原料,编织纬平针组织的试样,重点测试织物的折皱性、悬垂性、透湿性、透气性、耐磨性等服用性能,并做详细的对比与分析。结果表明,大豆蛋白复合纤维织物具有更好的悬垂性、透湿性能;折皱性、耐磨性比与棉混纺的织物差;纯大豆蛋白复合纤维织物有良好的穿着舒适性。对于纯大豆蛋白复合纤维织物与大豆蛋白复合纤维与棉混纺织物优缺点的分析,为大豆蛋白复合纤维系列产品的开发提供参考。 The paper develops a kind of weft plain knitted fabric by using 28.2 tex pure soybean protein com-posite yarn and is cotton blended yarn with different blending ratios (50:50 and 25:75). The wearing properties of these knitted fabrics are tested including crease, drapability, moisture-permeability, air-permeability and abrasion-resistance properties and so on. The results show that the drapability and moisture-permeability of pure soybean protein composite yarn knitted fabric are more better than those of cotton fabric; while the crease and abrasion-resis- tance properties are worse; the pure soybean protein composite yarn knitted fabric bears better wear comfort. Further-more, the advantages and disadvantages of these pure and blended fabrics are analyzed in detail, which can provide a reference for developing the series products of soybean protein composite fiber.
