摘要
以胜任特征理论为基础,运用开放式问卷调查、行为事件访谈、德尔菲法等方法,构建高校辅导员胜任特征结构模型。结果表明,高校辅导员胜任特征结构由职业素质、专业知识、职业技能、社会角色和动机五个维度所构成。
Based on competency theory, with open--ended questionnaire surveys, behavioral event in- terviews and the Delphi Method, this paper tries to build a structural model of college advisors' compe- tency. As is shown by the result, advisors' competency contains five dimensions, namely, professional quality, professional knowledge, occupational skills, social roles and motivation.
