摘要
目的分析泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)对抗生素的耐药特征,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据。方法采用珠海市银科生物技术应用研究所生产的支原体鉴定药敏试剂盒,检测本院2012年1889例泌尿生殖道感染标本。结果 1889例标本中培养分离出支原体715例,阳性率为37.85%,UU单纯感染640例,MH单纯18例,UU、MH混合感染57例;UU感染耐药率前三位的抗生素是环丙沙星(69.22%)、氧氟沙星(40.78%)和壮观霉素(17.81%);MH感染耐药率前三位的抗生素是罗红霉素(84.21%)、阿奇霉素(73.68%)和克拉霉素(68.42%);UU、MH混合感染耐药率前三位的抗生素分别是罗红霉素(94.74%)、阿奇霉素(91.23%)和克拉霉素(89.47%)。结论泌尿生殖道支原体整体耐药现象严重,临床应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素。
Objective To analyze the antibiotic resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH) isolated from genitourinary tract in our hospital in 2012,and guide the reasonable use of antibiotics in clinic.Method The mycoplasma cultivation and drug susceptibility test were performed in 1 889 patients of genitourinary tract infection with culture and drug susceptibility of mycoplasma isolation identification kit.Results In the 1 889 cases of genitourinary tract infection,the positive rate of mycoplasma was 34.13%.The positive rate of UU,MH,and UU+MH were 33.88%,0.95%,and 3.02%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of UU to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and spectinomycin were 69.22%,73.68% and 17.81%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of MH to roxithromycin,azithromycin and clarithromycin were 84.21%,73.68% and 68.42%,respectively.The drug resistant rates of combination infection with UU and MH to roxithromycin,azithromycin and clarithromycin were 94.74%,91.23% and 89.47%,respectively.Conclusion The total drug resistance of genitourinary tract mycoplasma was serious,and it was suggested to culture mycoplasma and test the drug resistance for reasonable application of antibiotics.
