摘要
目的通过比较我院2009~2011年度非淋球菌性泌尿生殖系炎症患者支原体感染支原体分离率及支原体对抗生素的耐药性,为临床提供最新的用药指导。方法采用泌尿生殖道支原体试剂盒,对1 875份疑为非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了支原体检测,同时对支原体检测阳性标本进行了抗生素敏感性检测。结果 1 875份样本中支原体阳性率为43.30%,其中解脲支原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、混合型(Mh+Uu)检出率分别为79.26%、9.01%和11.73%。药敏检测结果表明,Uu对交沙霉素、强力霉素和米诺环素敏感性较高,分别为94.24%、93.77%和85.83%;Mh对于强力霉素的敏感性最高,其次是交沙霉素;Uu与Mh合并感染对强力霉素的敏感性最高,其次为米诺环素。结论 Uu是引起泌尿生殖道感染的主要支原体,本地区支原体感染对强力霉素、交沙霉素及米诺环素敏感性最好,首选四环素类抗菌药物,如强力霉素、米诺环素;对大环内酯类抗菌药物则首选交沙霉素,而喹诺酮类敏感性低。
Objective To analyze the urogenital infection trends of mycoplasma and their sensitivity to antibiotics,and to provide basis for the clinical use of drugs.Methods Mycoplasma culture was adopted to detected Ur and Mh in secretion of urinary and reproductive tract of 1 875 patients with suspected genitourinary infection,and drug sensitivity test kit was used to test sensitivities.Results Among 1 875 patients,the number of mycoplasma-positive patients were 43.30%,in which the percentage of Uu、Mh、Mh+Uu was 79.26%、9.01% and 11.73%.Uu exhibited sensitivity to josamycin(94.24%),doxycycline(93.77%)and minocycline(85.83%),while Mh exhibited highest sensitivity to doxycycline,and secondly to josamycin;Uu combined with Mh exhibited highest sensitivity to doxycycline,and secondly to minocycline.Conclusion Uu is the major mycoplasma for genitourinary infection.Josamycin,doxycycline,minocycline can be the highest sensitivities drugs.The first choice tetracycline is doxycycline or minocycline.Quinolones exhibited lowest sensitivities to antibiotics.
