摘要 干粉吸入器(DPI)的药物传递效率受多种因素影响,包括装置的结构设计、药物剂型和患者使用方法等。为增强药物干粉的雾化效果和肺沉积效率,在DPI的设计中必须考虑多种因素,如装置结构、生产制造、流通等。本文介绍了DPI的发展,着重阐述了DPI设计中的检测手段及计算机技术等新技术的应用。 The efficiency of drug delivery to lung by dry powder inhaler (DPI) is influenced by a number of parameters, such as structure design of the device, dry powder formulations and the methods during inhalation, etc. Many factors such as the device structure, manufacture and flow path have to be considered for the design of DPI in order to increase the aerosolization performance and pulmonary delivery efficiency of dry powders. The development of DPI devices is introduced in this paper, and the emphasis is placed on the measurement techniques and applications of computer techniques during the structure design of DPI devices.
