摘要
干粉吸入剂(dry powder inhalation,DPI)是近年来肺部给药制剂研发的热点,具有吸入效率高、易于使用、无抛射剂和大气污染、辅料量少、载药量高、稳定性好等优点。DPI的成功开发需要借助良好的给药装置设计和严格的处方筛选。本文结合肺的生理特点,对影响DPI设计开发的几个关键因素进行综述,包括DPI的处方工艺、吸入装置和质量控制。
Recently,dry powder inhalation( DPI) has become a hotspot in the research area of pulmonary drug delivery( PDD).DPI has the advantages of high inhalation efficiency,easy to use,no propellant and air pollution,less auxiliary material,high drug loading and good stability.The design of both formulation and inhaler devices is essential to the development of DPI. In this review,we analyze lung’s physiological features,and presents some key factors in the design of DPI,including prescription process,inhalation device and quality control.
