摘要
对呼和浩特市民营医院卫生人才现状进行调查,分析呼和浩特市民营医院卫生人才方面存在的主要问题及原因,提出解决问题的建议。政府要制定相应的配套政策为民营医院创造良好的外部环境,民营医院自身也要加强建设,转变观念,吸引人才,建立培养人才的长效机制。
The authors make an investigation of the present situation of health talents in private hospitals of Ho- hhot City, analyze the main problems in health talents in private hospitals of Hohhot City and the reasons, and provide sug- gestions for solving the problems. They conclude that the government should formulate the corresponding supporting poli- cies to create a favorable external environment for private hospitals, and the private hospitals themselves should strengthen the construction, change ideas, attract talents and build a long-term mechanism for talent training.
