摘要
[目的]探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中PTEN、VEGF和MVD的表达,并分析它们与NSCLC发生、发展、浸润和转移之间的关系及临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学S-P法对60例NSCLC患者癌组织及癌旁组织中PTEN、VEGF和MVD的表达进行检测。[结果 ]PTEN、VEGF和MVD在NSCLC癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF与PTEN的表达之间存在负相关关系(r=-0.519,P<0.05)。癌组织中PTEN和VEGF的表达均与组织学分化程度和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。[结论 ]PTEN、VEGF和MVD在NSCLC的发生、发展、浸润和转移中有一定的作用。
[Purpose] To investigate the expression of PTEN,VEGF,MVD proteins in non-small cell lung carcinoma and to explore their roles in the process of carcinogenesis, nprogression,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. [Methods] The expressions of PTEN,VEGF, MVD proteins in60 cases of NSCLC tissues and its adjacent tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique.[Results] The expressions of PTEN,VEGF,MVD were significantly different between NSCLC tissues and cancer adjacent tissues(P0.05).The expression of PTEN negativly correlated to that of VEGF(r=-0.519,P0.05). The expressions of PTEN and VEGF related to grade and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).[Conclusion] PTEN,VEGF and MVD may play roles in the process of carcinogenesis,progression,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
