摘要 目的探讨PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌组织中的表达及意义。方法以51例膀胱癌石蜡包埋组织为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学S-P法观察PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌组织中的表达。结果51例膀胱癌组织中PTEN蛋白阳性率为80.39%(41/51),PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌组织与正常膀胱组织之间阳性率表达差异无显著性(P>0.05);膀胱癌组织中PTEN蛋白与肿瘤的分期、分级、淋巴结转移以及复发无关(P>0.05)。结论PTEN蛋白在膀胱癌组织与正常膀胱组织之间的阳性率表达差异无显著性;膀胱癌组织中PTEN蛋白与肿瘤的分期、分级、淋巴结转移以及复发无关。 Objective To investigate the meaning of PTEN protein expression in bladder cancer tissue. Methods Observing the expression of PTEN protein in bladder cancer by Immunohistochemical analysis on 51 cases of Paraffin embedded sections. Results The PTEN protein positive was 80. 39% (41/51) . There were no statistically significantly differences between PTEN protein positive in cancer or normal tissues (P〉0. 05), PTEN protein has no relation with cancer's stages, grades, lymph transition and cancer relapse (P〉0. 05). Conclusion PTEN protein in bladder cancer has no relation with cancer's stages, grades and lymph transition and cancer relapse.
