摘要
目的建立同时测定扁咽口服液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法采用反相离子对高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(53∶47)(100 ml加十二烷基硫酸钠0.4 g);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为345 nm;进样量为10μl;柱温为室温。结果盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱分别在2.040~102.0μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)和0.5424~27.12μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)范围内与各自峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.96%和99.44%,RSD分别为1.95%和1.88%(n=6)。结论本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于扁咽口服液中盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Bianyan oral solution. Methods Reversed phase ion pair high performance liquid chroma-tography was adopted. The Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm) was used,with the mobile phase consis-ting of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (53:47) (0.4 g dodecyl sodium sulfate added into 100 ml solution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml.The detection wavelength was at 345 nm,the injection volume was 10 μl,and the column temperature was room temperature. Results A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 2.040 -102.0 μg·ml^-1 for palmatine hydrochloride( r =0.9999) and 0. 5424 - 27. 12μg·ml^-1 for berberine hydrochloride( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99. 96% with an RSD of 1. 95% for palmatine and 99. 44% with an RSD of 1.88% for berberine( n =6). Conclusion This method is quick,simple and accurate,which can be used for content determinationof palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Bianyan oral solution.
