摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定金栀洁龈含漱液中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法以AGILENTC18为色谱柱,乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液（42∶58）（每100 ml加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g）为流动相,以265 nm为检测波长,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果盐酸小檗碱在5-50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.81%。结论该质量标准能有效控制金栀洁龈含漱液的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective High performance liquid chromatography method was developed to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Jinzhijieyinhanshuye.Methods It was determined on an AGILENT C18 column,using Acetonitrile-0.3%phosphoric acid solution（42∶58）（the 100 ml solution containing 0.1 g sodium dodecyl sulphate）as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and detected at 265 nm.Results The linear relation of the peak area of berberine hydrochloride（5-50 μg/ml） was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with a regression coefficient of 0.9999 and the average recovery rate was 98.81%,RSD was 0.4%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for determining Jinzhijieyinhanshuye.
