摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定胃炎颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法使用Dikma Kromasil C18(5μm,100A250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.033mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(30:70);检测波长为345nm;流速为0.8mL.min-1。结果盐酸小檗碱在40.09~400.90μg.mL-1(r=0.9994)线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.23%,RSD=1.08%。结论本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于胃炎颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in gastritis particles. Methods Berberine hydrochloride was separated on Inertsil Dikma Kromasil C18(5μm, 100 A 250 mm × 4.6 mm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.033 tool · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(30 : 70).The detection wavelength was 354 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 40.09 - 400.90μg ·mL-l(r=0.999 4).The average recovery was 95.23% with RSD=l.08%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid reproducible and it call be used for the quality control of gastritis particles.
