心房颤动的治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是最常见的心律失常之一,房颤患者发生脑栓塞、心力衰竭及心源性猝死等疾病的机率明显增加,致残、致死率极高,严重威胁人类的身体健康。虽然抗心律失常药物可以使部分房颤转复,有一定的效果,但并不能降低各种严重并发症的发生率。之后,随着射频消融技术及外科技术的发展,房颤的治疗出现了新的转机,但射频消融及外科治疗房颤均有一定的局限性。近年来随着技术的进步,研究的深入,开始探索通过研究房颤发生和维持的基质因素来预防房颤发作及复发的方法,如房颤的上游治疗等。本文就房颤的抗凝治疗、抗心律失常药物治疗、射频消融治疗以及房颤的上游治疗进展作一综述。
