摘要
在心律失常的药物治疗中,抗心律失常药物虽然有效,但并不理想,且很多不良反应和并发症让人难以接受。如何使心律失常患者得到安全、有效的药物治疗,是人们长久以来探索的方向。现已发现,针对高血压、冠心病、心力衰竭等疾病的药物治疗能有效预防或减少心律失常的发生,达到心律失常治疗的一级或二级预防作用,且不良反应相对较少。为此,人们提出心律失常"上游治疗"的新概念。
Drug therapy is common in the treatment of arrhythmias.However,it can have unintended side effects and complications.The lack of consistent results using drug therapy makes the search for more effective therapies a priority.Upsteam therapy is one possible solution.Upstream therapy targets the remodeling of the arrhythmic substrate in order to prevent the formation of abnormalities during remodeling that would cause arrhythmias.
