摘要
目的探讨共聚焦激光扫描显微镜在反向银屑病诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取临床疑诊反向银屑病的患者20例,比较共聚焦激光扫描显微镜扫描检查和常规组织病理检查的结果。结果20例患者共聚焦激光扫描和组织病理检查结果经统计学分析,无显著性差异。结论共聚焦激光扫描为反向银屑病提供了有价值的、无创的、新的诊断方法。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of confocal laser scanning microscopy（CLSM） in inverse psoriasis.Methods To select 20 patients with Inverse Psoriasis,we examined in CLSM and histopathologic examination on the same lesions.Results We make the statistical data processing between CLSM and histopathologic examination,which reveals that there is not striking dissimilarity between them.Conclusion CLSM in the diagnosis of inverse psoriasis have diagnostic and differential diagnosis value.
