摘要 目的:探讨扁平苔藓共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(皮肤CT)的影像特征。方法:应用皮肤CT对5例扁平苔藓患者皮损进行扫描,并与苏木精-伊红染色组织病理进行对比。结果:所有患者的典型皮损均可见到真皮乳头及其周围大量圆形、高折光性炎性细胞浸润以及真-表交界处指环状结构的破坏(基底细胞液化变性);其中4例患者皮损可见颗粒层局灶性楔形增厚以及棘层细胞不规则增厚。结论:皮肤CT作为一项新技术,可以作为扁平苔藓的重要辅助诊断技术。 Objective: To investigate reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) image features of lichen planus (LP). Methods: Five LP patients were examined by RCM, and then compared with histopathological examination. Results: All the lesions showed numerous, round bright inflammatory cells filling the papillary dermis and the ring feature of dermoepidermal junction was destructed (liquefaction degeneration of basal cells). The lesions of 4 patients showed focal wedge-shaped hypergranulosis and irregular acanthosis. Conclusion: RCM provides useful information and auxiliary technique for the diagnosis of LP.
