摘要 目的:评价共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(CLSM)技术与组织病理对黄褐斑分型的一致性。方法:应用CLSM对患者皮损进行分层扫描成像并取同处皮损常规组织病理检查,以病理结果为标准对照。结果:CLSM分型结果显示10例患者中7例为表皮型,3例为混合型,其中2例为偏表皮混合型、1例为偏真皮混合型。上述结果与病理分型结果完全吻合。结论:CLSM技术可应用于黄褐斑的组织学分型。 Objective: To evaluate the consistency of confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) with histological classification of melasma. Method: The targeted lesion of melasma in each patient was scanned and imaged with CLSM, and then, biopsied for histopathology. The result of CLSM was compared with histopathology. Results: Ten melasma patients were recruited into the study, of whom, 7 were categorized as epidermal type, 3 as mixed including 2 cases being epidermal predominant and 1 case dermal predominant according to CLSM, which was completely consistent with the result of histopathology. Conclusion: CLSM is an alternative method for invasive histopathological examination in the histopathological classification of melasma.
