摘要
汗孔角化症为常染色体显性遗传角化性皮肤病,播散性浅表性光线性汗孔角化症(DSAP)属于汗孔角化症的一种。异维A酸属于维生素A的衍生物类药物,在临床上可治疗重度或难治性痤疮、毛周角化症、毛发红糠疹及银屑病等角化性皮肤病,是治疗DSAP的常用药物。本论文对DSAP疾病的病因、临床症状、疾病诊断方法及临床治疗深入研究,同时对异维A酸药物的药理活性、功能主治、用法用量、注意事项及不良反应进行综合论述。综合二者间的作用机制发现异维A酸在治疗DSAP方面效果显著。
Porokeratosis is an autosomal dominant inheritance keratoderma.Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) is a kind of porokeratosis.Isotretinoin is a derivative of vitamin A,which can be used to treat severe or refractory acne,peridermal keratosis,pityriasis rubra and psoriasis of keratoderma.It is a commonly used drug in the treatment of DSAP.In this paper,the etiology of DSAP disease,clinical symptoms,disease diagnosis and clinical treatment were deeply studied,at the same time,isotretinoin pharmacological activity,major functions,usage and dosage,precautions and adverse reactions were discussed.Based on the mechanism of action between the two,isotretinoin was found to be effective in the treatment of DSAP.
