摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类含19 ~25个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,在进化中具有高度保守性,可通过与靶基因的3′端非翻译区上的相应靶位点结合,抑制编码蛋白靶基因的翻译和降解靶基因,从而参与炎症、发育、凋亡、肿瘤等多种生理病理过程.有关miRNA的研究现已迅速成为生命科学领域研究的热点.近年来研究发现,部分miRNA可通过多种途径参与心血管疾病相关信号转导网络的调控,广泛参与心血管疾病的发生、发展.其中,因miR-34a在许多心血管疾病状态下存在异常表达而受到越来越多的关注. MicroRNA (miRNA) s are a group of non-coding single-stranded RNAs with 19-25 bp nucleo- tides which are highly conserved and can regulate protein expression through interactions with the 3'untrans-lated region ( UTR ) of mRNA. The ability of miRNAs to regulate a variety of target genes allows them to induce changes in multiple pathways including enhanced mRNA degradation and translation repression, it play important roles in processes such as inflammation, development, apoptosis, cancer genesis and other physiological contexts. Research related to miRNA is now a hotspot in the field of life science. Recent studies have found that part of miRNAs may be involved in the regulation of cardiovascular disease-related signal transduetion network through a variety of channels and extensively involved in the pathogenesis of cardiovas-cular diseases. Particularly, rniR-34a has aroused wide attention because of its abnormal expression in the presence of a number of cardiovascular diseases.
