摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)是维持能量平衡,催化、调节多种生化反应的关键转录因子。PPARα在肝脏、肾脏及骨骼肌中表达,参与脂肪酸氧化作用。PPARα亦广泛存在于心血管系统,包括内皮、平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞以及心脏。PPARα激动剂能够降低血压,矫正血管结构和内皮功能异常,具有心血管的抗氧化和抗炎特性,表现出良好的心血管效应,可能会在其糖脂代谢效应基础上成为心血管疾病防治药物。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha ( PPARα ) is a nuclear receptor that maintains energy balance, and catalyses and modulates many biochemical events. PPARα is involved in fatty acid oxidation and expressed in the liver, kidney, and skeletal muscle. PPARα is also present in variable amounts in cardiovascular tissues, including endothelium, smooth muscle cells, macrophages, and the heart. PPARα activators lowered blood pressure, corrected vascular structure and endothelial dysfunction, exerted cardiovascular antioxidam and anti-inflammatory effects and induced favourable effects on the heart. PPARα activators agonists may become interesting cardiovascular protective therapies in cardiovascular disease in the near future.
