A Review of Foreign Studies on Gender-based Differences in Work-Family Conflict

摘要 该文从工作-家庭冲突的程度、前因变量和后果变量三个方面总结了近年来国外关于工作-家庭冲突性别差异的研究。在分析这些研究成果的基础上,提出社会因素、家庭责任分配是造成工作-家庭冲突性别差异的主要原因。最后,就此领域的研究,特别是中国研究的未来方向进行了展望。 This article summarizes recent studies abroad on gender-based differences in the antecedents and consequences of the work-family conflict. It suggests that social factors, and the distribution of family responsibilities are the main causes of gender differ- ences in work-family conflict. Based on this summary, the paper suggests possible ways for domestic research on this issue to start and grow.
