摘要
社区康复模式的提出,与ICF理念的发展有着同样的社会背景,即对残疾人的帮助不应仅限于使其机体得到一定程度的康复,而是要通过改变不公平的外界环境,使残疾人能够回归社会,与普通人同等享受各类生活权利。我国社区康复事业的发展,目前较多注重医疗康复的社区化,这种理解上的误区,与中西方不同的思想进程及社会架构有关。随着与国际间差距的日益缩小,国内的社区康复必将渐近于西方。在当前发展阶段,国内开设社区康复专业的高校,应立足于培养合格的社区康复技术师。
It is the same background of society between showing of the community rehabilitation pattern and developing of the ICF＇s concept. That is, the help to the disabled man should not only enable the body to a certain degree of recovery, but also let them return the society and enjoy the same rights of life with the common people by changing the external unfair environment. Now more attention is paid on communalized of the medical rehabilitation in the development of community rehabilitation in China. Thismisunderstanding may be caused by the different thought process and socialstructure between the Eastern and the Western. As the international gap isshrinking, the China＇s development on community rehabilitation will beasymptotically to the western. At this stage, the colleges and universities who have the community rehabilitation major should take up with the training on community rehabilitation technologist qualified.
