摘要
社区康复专业是高职教育中的热门专业,社区康复专业人才是推动我国基础医疗建设的重要力量,也是影响我国医疗卫生事业发展的重要因素。高职院校在社区康复专业人才培养中的模式和手段,直接影响着我国基层医疗社区服务的发展。因此,高职院校在社区康复专业人才的培养上必须加大投入、以创新的教学理念、先进的教学手段、和多元的教学评价方式,为我国基层社区医疗卫生建设培养更多高素质的优秀人才。本文通过探究新时期高职院校社区康复专业人才培养的模式,为相关工作的开展提供参考。
Community rehabilitation is a popular specialty in higher vocational education.Community rehabilitation professionals are an important force to promote the construction of basic medical care in China,and also an important factor affecting the development of medical and health undertakings in China.The mode and means of community rehabilitation professional training in higher vocational colleges have a direct impact on the development of primary medical community service in China.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must increase investment in the training of community rehabilitation professionals,with innovative teaching ideas,advanced teaching methods,and diversified teaching evaluation methods,so as to cultivate more high-quality talents for China's grass-roots community medical and health construction.This paper explores the mode of community rehabilitation professional training in higher vocational colleges in the new era,so as to provide reference for the development of related work.
