摘要
为了建立新的全科医学生规范化培训的教学管理模式,提高全科医学生的综合能力,使学生毕业后能够适应社区卫生服务的需要,首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院建立了导师组规范化培训制度,即在学生的规范化培训过程中,导师组运用全科医学理念对学生全程实施教学管理的模式。导师组教学管理的主要模式包括精心实施临床跟踪培训、提高学生临床技能和综合素质、提高学生科研能力、对教学管理及学生技能进行科学的评估等,进而培养出高素质的全科医学骨干人才,推动全科医学教育和国内全科医学事业的发展。
To establish a new teaching management model of standardized training for general medical students, improve the comprehensive ability of general medical students, and make the students can adapt the needs of community health services after graduation, Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University established standardized training system of tutor-group, which is that, during the standardized training of students, the tutor-group use the idea of general practice to perform teaching management for the students in the whole process. The main models of teaching man- agement of tutor-group include performing clinical follow-up training elaborately, improving the clinical skills and comprehensive quality of students, improving the capacity for scientific research of students, evaluating the teaching management and the skills of students scientifically, and so on, so as to cultivate high-quality talents of general praetice, and to promote the develop of general practice education and general medical career in China.
