摘要
目的探讨军校学员不同个性特征与学习成绩的关系。方法采用艾森克个性量表(EPQ)等,以某军校为例,调查所有在校学员的学习成绩和个性特征等。结果内外倾向性与学员的学习成绩无关;学习成绩较差的学员,其情绪稳定性低于其他学员、精神质水平高于其他学员(F=2.651,8.458,P<0.05)。结论军校学员个性特征与学习成绩有一定关系,要针对情绪相对不稳定、精神质水平相对较高的学员,加强心理辅导和教育。
Objective To discuss the relationship between personality traits and study achievements of military college students. Methods Using Eysenek Personality Questionnaire,we surveyed all students in a military college. Results There were no connec- tions between introversion-extraversion styles and study achievements. Those with poor study achievements had lower emotional stability and higher psychotic's levels(F=2. 651,8. 458,P〈0.05). Conclusion Personality traits of military college students are connected with their study achievements,and those with lower emotional stability and higher psychotic's level should be educated psychologically further.
