摘要
身份认同是个体行动的力量源泉,目前我国中小学体育教师身份认同的模糊与困惑非常不利于我国学校体育工作的开展和青少年体质的提高。作者通过对中小学体育教师身份认同危机表现的梳理,从制度和个人两个层面分析了造成身份危机的原因,并提出了制度变迁与自我重构的发展路径。
Identity is the source of power of individual action. But the fuzzy and confusing identity of the P. E. teachers in Chinese primary and middle schools is very detrimental to our country's school sports and the improvement of adolescent health. The paper discusses the teachers'identity crisis, analyzes the reason of the crisis from the two aspects of system and individuals, and puts forward the development path of system change and self reconstruction.
