摘要
采用不同质量浓度的NaCl溶液对3个高粱保持系种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、盐害指数、根长、幼苗长度、幼苗鲜质量7项指标,并比较各保持系在不同盐分浓度条件下的耐盐性差异。结果表明,3个高粱保持系的发芽指标、幼苗长度、根长、幼苗鲜质量均随盐分质量浓度的增加而下降,但不同材料下降程度不同;3 g/L NaCl处理下,保持系39B和67B的幼苗长度分别比对照增加1.13%和0.72%,67B的幼苗鲜质量比对照增加6.25%,但与对照间差异均未达到显著水平(P>0.05),说明低盐环境对高粱幼苗生长有轻微促进作用;高粱保持系间的耐盐性存在明显差异,综合各项指标分析得出,3个高粱保持系中,67B耐盐性最强,0122B次之,39B最弱。
Three sorghum maintainer lines were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution. The salinity tolerance was evaluated with the germination rate, germination energy, germination index, salt injury index, root length, sprout length and sprout fresh weight. The difference of salt tolerance of the sorghum maintainer lines were compared under different concentrations of NaCl solution. The results showed that the germination index, root length, sprout length and sprout fresh weight of three sorghum maintainer lines pointed a significantly downward trend as the NaCl concentration increases. But different materials decreased of different degree. 3 g/L NaCl treatment, sprout length of maintainer lines 39B and 67B was 1.2% and 0.7% higher than the control, sprout fresh weight of 67B was 6.0% higher than the control. But the NaCl concentrations were not so significant in the control treatments. The study showed that the seedling growth were slight promoted when concentration of NaCl was comparatively low. Different sorghum maintainer lines showed different responses to salt stress. Taking the salt tolerance indexes of germination and seeding into account, the salt tolerance of 67B was the strongest, 0122B the second, and 39B the weakest.
