摘要
实验结果表明 ,适宜浓度的青霉素和 Ca2 +能够明显提高棉花老化种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、过氧化物酶活性及其幼苗长度 ,其中以0 .0 3%青霉素 + 0 .0 7% Ca2
Effects of penicillion and Ca 2+ on the germination of aged cotton seed were studied. The results showed that some characteristics were improved with the suitable concentration of penicillin and Ca 2+ , such as germination percentage and index, vigour index, activity of pexoxidase(POD)and the length of seedling. Among all the treatments, 0.03% penicillin plus 0.07% Ca 2+ is the best combination.
