摘要
为筛选出最简便、可靠、有效、实用的烟草种子活力测定方法,对相同来源的烟草种子分别采用发芽试验、幼苗长度测量和电导率测定3种方法测定了种子活力,并分析了不同测定方法间的相互关系。结果表明:3种方法的测定结果一致,即种子活力的大小次序为首批脱粒种子(A1)>第二批(A2)>第三批(A3)。发芽势与幼苗长度之间呈正相关,发芽势与电导率值呈负相关,幼苗长度与电导率值也呈负相关。
In order to select simple,reliable,effective,practical method of tobacco seed vigour-testing,three methods:germinating trial,seedling length measuring and extractive solution conductivity determining were tested,and their correlation were analyzed.The testing results of three methods were identical,namely the seed vigour of batch A1>that of A2>that of A3.Germinating viability positively correlated with seedling length and negatively correlated with conductivity value,there was negative correlation between seedling length and conductivity value.
