摘要 采用深液流营养液水培(DFT)方法研究NaCl胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗子叶生长及保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的NaCl溶液均能对黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗生长造成不同程度的抑制,并改变黄瓜叶片保护酶活性。盐浓度较低的土壤,对黄瓜种子发芽及生长影响较小,不影响种植;高盐地区因不利于黄瓜种子萌发及生长,而不适宜黄瓜的种植。 With the methods of deep flow hydroponic nutrient solution(DFT), the NaCl stress on seed germination, seedling growth cotyledons and protective enzyme activities of cucumber was studied. The results showed that the different concentrations of NaCl solutions could inhibition the seed germination, seedling growth resulting in varying degrees, and change the cucumber leaf protective activity. The soil of lower concentration salt had the less affected on seed germination and growth, who hadn 't the affect on cultivation; and the area due to high salt was not conducive to seed germination and growth, which was inappropriate to cucumber cultivation.
