摘要
采用隶属函数法,以发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度为指标,对5个高粱杂交种萌发期耐盐性进行评价。结果表明,0.3%Na Cl对高粱种子萌发有一定的促进作用,而当Na Cl质量分数高于0.3%时,高粱杂交种的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度随着盐胁迫的增强呈下降趋势。5个高粱杂交种耐盐性强弱顺序依次为GS141>GS144>GS145>GS143>GS142。GS141的耐盐性最强,试验中表现出了较强的萌发能力与胚生长能力。
Membership function of fuzzy mathematic was used to evaluate the salt tolerance of sorghum hybrids at the germination period by considering germination energy,germination rate,germination index and radicle length as the evaluation indicators. The results showed that 0.3% Na Cl increased seed germination. The increase of Na Cl concentration reduced germination energy,germination rate,germination index and radicle length when Na Cl concentration was over 0.3%. The salt tolerance order of five hybrids of sorghum was:GS141GS144GS145GS143GS142. GS141 was the most salt tolerant hybrid and showed strong germination ability and embryos grow ability.
