摘要
用烟草赤星病菌的13个菌株分别测定了病菌在人工培养条件下的3项基本生物学性状。在8个温度梯度下的测定结果表明,病菌生长量一生长温度曲线呈典型的S 型,量低、最适和最高生长温度分别为12~16°、20~24°和36℃。用17个pH 梯度测定的结果指出,以菌落面积为参数的生长量—pH 梯度曲线基本呈直线性变化,生长的pH 范围为4.0~10.5,最适为5.5~7.5.3种光照条件的试验结果表明,暗处理明显抑制多数菌株的生长能力。此外,菌丝体损伤对病菌生长量无影响。
The biological properties of tobacco brown spot pathogen,Alternaria alternata werestudied.Thirteen strains from different regions in China were tested in 4 examinations.AS-model curve of growth-temperatures was established based on the colony area of thepathogen strains cultured on PDA medium plate under the conditions of 8 temperature gra-dients.The minimum,optimum and maximum temperatures for the pathogen growth were12~16,20~24 and 36℃,resp.The results of growing 11 strains under 17 gradients of pHproved a linear relation of the pathogen growth capability to pH conditions.The linear rela-tion was quantitatively fluctuated as changing pH,showing optimal colony enlargment atpH5.5~7.5 with a range of 4.0~10.5 suitable for growth.The weakened growth of thepathogen by darkness was evidenced by investigating the growth capability of 4 strains un-der the conditions of 3 illumination regimes.No obvious effects were found of injuringmycelia on the pathogen growth.
