摘要
社会符号学认为翻译不仅是两种语言的符号转换,还是两种文化的传递。社会符号学为公示语翻译研究提供了新的视角。通过对公示语翻过程中出现的指称意义失误、言内意义失误和语用意义失误进行探讨,从全新的角度探讨公示语翻译,并对译者提出了更高的要求。
According to sociosemiotics,translation is not only the conversion of two languages,but also the communication between the two cultures,which presents a new perspective for the translation of public signs.The author makes an analysis of the failure in referential meaning,the failure in linguistic meaning and the failure in pragmatic meaning from the perspective of sociosemiotics and puts forward higher demands for translators.
